Delivery times and forwarding charges
We ship with our logistics partner – DHL, GLS and Hermes – as an insured package. We ship every business day, so that you receive the goods normally within 1-2 business days after your order. For deliveries abroad the delivery time depends on the respective delivery service of the country. Please note that orders against prepayment are handled not until receipt of payment.
If we deliver your order due to technical reasons in several parts, we charge the forwarding charges of course only once.

For the payment method prepayment accrue additional cash on delivery charges.
For deliveries of bulky goods and weight above 30 kg we charge the shipping in the amount of our costs.
